BlocksFunding does not accept or manage client deposits, does not hold client funds, does not execute orders in financial markets, does not offer financial products or instruments, and does not conduct any regulated financial services activities. Simulated Trading All trading on the BlocksFunding platform is simulated. All accounts are demo accounts with virtual, fictitious balances. Participants do not trade real assets, do not transmit real orders to the market, and do not acquire any financial exposure to any underlying market. All references to “funded accounts” or “capital” refer exclusively to simulated and non-withdrawable allocations within the evaluation program. Any monetary recognition issued by BlocksFunding under its Benefit Program constitutes a discretionary performance-based reward. CFTC Rule 4.41 Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. In addition, because the trades were not actually executed, the results may have over- or under-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as a lack of liquidity.
